Home Selling Is Tough

Just a thought before the end the night here.  I stated about curb appeal.  I cannot stress it enough how important it really is people.  You need to get out to that curb and take a hard look.  Better yet have a friend,  tell that friend you want a honest answer and thats what you really want.    

Now,  we will go from there,  hopefully someone is reading,  people actually pay good money for this same info.  Again I can talk alot faster than I type so they get their monies worth.  Thanks everyone for looking.
